Your Bookings
 

• You will receive bookings through to your non stop kids gmail, please check regularly and ensure that you accept your gigs so that we know that you’ve seen the information.
   

• It is your responsibility to check that the details of the party and that the location and details of the gig are acceptable to you before you accept. If you have been sent 2 parties on one day, please ensure that the travelling distance between the parties is doable before accepting the gigs.
   

• If you have a party comes through that is within a congestion or ULEZ charge area, it is your responsibility to let Kay know in advance so that we can charge the client. Once the client has paid we will update the calendar entry to let you know. If they do not pay, then the party will not go ahead. We do make all clients aware of this in our booking information.
   

• If you cannot do a party that has been sent to you, please inform the office team ASAP, so this can be reallocated. DO NOT DECLINE it until you have spoken to the office as we don’t receive an alert that a party has been declined, and if we are not aware of a problem, then you could end up being double booked.
   

• The calendar invite will tell you what sort of party has been booked. If you require a special outfit, this will be posted directly to your home address a couple of days before the party. We don’t send outfits out too soon in case the party is swapped.
   

• Pay special attention to the notes as this will tell you additional information from the client.
   

• The calendar note may also contain special requests for songs. Please ensure that you play as many of these songs as possible as they have been chosen by the client.
   

• You will need to purchase sweets and small prizes for your games. Moaom chews, haribo, sherbert straws are good choices unless they have asked for vegetarian sweets which would be something without gelatine. Sweets can be purchased from Home Bargains, Poundland, B&M and all supermarkets. For hygiene and safety reasons, we insist on individually wrapped sweets and discourage lollies. Please ensure that you have sweets suitable for the age group of the party, so tiny tots would need something softer, maybe choc buttons or similar.
   

• Small prizes can be found cheaply on Amazon. You will receive some info with links for small prizes when you are signed off as a solo entertainer.
