Online Calendar
Once you have completed your training and are ready to go out on your own, you will be assigned a non stop kids email address. The email address and password will be sent to your personal email address.
As our sales team books parties for you, they will use your Non Stop Kids email address. This allows them to see what parties you currently have each day or if you have booked the day off. It is essential that you check this calendar regularly and notify the office if there are any problems with the parties you have been allocated.
Once a booking has been completed, you will receive a notification to alert you to a new party. When you receive this notification, it is your responsibility to check the details of the booking, check the mileage involved and bring any issues to the attention of the operations manager as soon as possible. Please email in on operations@nonstopkids.co.uk.
Once you are happy with the details of the party, please ‘accept’ the gig so that we know that you are going to attend. It is the responsibility of our admin team to ensure that all gigs have been accepted before we close the office on a Friday so you may receive reminders from them if you haven’t accepted parties for the upcoming weekend.
Once you have accepted a gig, a green tick appears on the calendar in the office and we therefore assume that you are happy with the party details and you can do the booking.
Occasionally you may be sent parties in error or you may get double booked. If this happens, please do not decline it as we don’t receive a notification in the office. Please email operations@nonstopkids.co.uk and bring it to our attention as soon as possible so that we can reallocate it. It is always better to bring any issues, such as double bookings to our attention, rather than assume that we are aware of it
