1)Split the children into teams. Boys V's Girls.

 

2)Pick 3 or 4 children from each team to come out the front.

 

3)Each child has got to shout "ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR" down the microphone for as long as they can. 

 

4)Each child is timed and all the girls and boys scores are added up to crown the winning team.
