It is essential that you keep us updated with your availability and any dates when you are not able to work. We require 2 months notice of any time off requests. Please use the link, which is located half way down the home page of the training website. Click on this link, complete the details of your availability, giving as much detail as possible and then once submitted, this form will be emailed to the office. We will update the calendar and the form is then electronically attached to your staff file.

We appreciate that life happens and it is not always possible to give 2 months notice, and in these cases the following procedure should be followed:
 

• If you are booking some time off, which is less than 2 months notice, but you don’t currently have any gigs on those days, then complete the form as normal and we’ll update the sales team.
  ​

• However, if you are giving less than 2 months notice and you already have gigs on those days, then you will need to post these gigs onto the facebook page and ask if anyone can cover them. It is your responsibility to ensure that you contact the office once someone has offered to cover your gigs to ensure that the gigs are reallocated. Please be aware that if you don’t manage to find cover for these gigs, then you are obligated to do them.
   

Obviously, there are some occasions that cannot be planned for and if you urgently need some time off at short notice, eg funerals, hospital appts etc then please contact the office and we will try and find a solution.
 

Please be aware that we often take bookings for parties in the evenings so if you are not available for evening bookings, then you do need to let us know so that your calendar can be updated. We are happy to book gigs around your availability, however please note that we do require you to be able to commit to a minimum of two full weekends per month.
