General FAQ’s
Can I choose a specific entertainer for my party?
We have a section on our website called 'Our Team' where you can check out our entertainers & the kinds of parties they do!
Just ask for their name when enquiring and we will see if he/she is in the right location to be able to host your party! If not do not worry because all of our entertainers are absolutely AMAZING!
Please be aware that at times, due to unforeseen circumstances, we may have to switch your entertainer. If this happens, we will let you know.
Can we select the disco music for the party?
Yes, we send you an email with our song request form on it. You can request all the music you want on this form - for peace of mind all the songs that we play are radio edited so there will be no swear words!
Alternatively, you can email a list of song and artists to us directly.
Can I postpone my party?
If needed we can look at an alternative future date for you. Please refer to your booking confirmation email for further details about this.
Can I have a mascot at my party?
We don't supply mascots but if you want to book one from else where thats fine with us. We recommend that they're there for the last 30 minutes of your party so that your entertainer can involve them in dancing & party games with the children.
Can I have a bouncy castle at my party?
We don't supply bouncy castles and to be honest, if you haven't booked one already there isn't much point.
Our parties are packed full of fun and are complete entertainment packages. If you do decide that you still want one, we highly recommend that they are deflated or off limits during any magic shows in order for the children to make the most out of your entertainers time at the party.
Can I change my party details?
Yes, you can change your party details free of charge by dropping us an email or calling our head office on 0333 301 3002.
Please be aware that changes cannot be guaranteed within the 2 weeks before your party date - if we can change the date / time around then we will do so, but things can be tricky if you leave it too close to your event date.
Do I need to supply a parking space for the entertainer?
Yes, you will need to provide a free parking space as close to the venue's entrance / loading point as possible.
You would need to be responsible for any parking costs where free parking is unavailable. Please inform your entertainer where the best place to park is when they call to confirm details on the day before your party.
If there is no parking close to your venue, we may not be able to perform for you. The delay caused by unloading equipment and parking a 10 minute walk away for example, will most likely delay the time that your entertainer can start your party.
If you haven't already checked the parking situation for your venue, please do so at your earliest convenience.
Do I need to provide anything for you?
We think that we have already covered this, but to summarise:
*You must provide a free parking space & this should be as close to the venue as possible. Any parking costs for the entertainer will need to be covered by you.
*You must provide power if you wish to have music and disco lights at your party inside. Outdoors we can provide music that runs from a PA system with an internal battery if requested. (We do not recommend disco lights outdoors)
There must be adults present with the children at all times to supervise them. Our team are entertainers and not nannies, therefore we do not take children to the toilet etc.
Do we provide bubble, smoke or snow machines?
We made the decision to stop using these a while ago as they can be problematic in making the floor slippery or messy to clean up. You are welcome to provide your own if you wish, but your entertainer will not be able to run it for you.
Do you provide prizes & sweets?
Yes, in every Party Package & Themed Party Package we give out small items such as prizes / medals / sweets! The sweets that we give out are individually wrapped. We advise children pass them to an adult until they've finished participating in the party games. Our entertainers have their own selection of these, so feel free to ask them what they'll be bringing when they contact you a day or two before your party. If you wish to provide larger prizes yourself, you are welcome to, just hand them to your entertainer at the start of the party.
If you have any dietary requirements / allergies please let us know via email.
Do you provide food?
No, we provide the entertainment as we are not caterers. We don't have any companies that we can recommend, but suggest that you ask for local recommendations.
Do you provide party supplies & can you decorate the room?
As an entertainment company, we do not decorate rooms - we bring the fun!

Do you have the name of the entertainer who will be running our party?
We will send you an email the day before your party to confirm the name of your entertainer. Your entertainer will contact you approx. 24hrs before your event to introduce themselves & check final details. They will also ask about the parking availability too.
What is your disco setup like?
We describe it as a mini disco which includes 1 or 2 LED disco lights and a 150w music system. Your entertainer will need access to 2 plug sockets as we require power for the disco lights and speaker. The speakers are battery powered but may need to charge if the battery is running low. Our entertainers do around 2-3 parties every day so battery may run low.
Please liaise with your entertainer on the day if you prefer the sound levels to be changed, louder / quieter.
Lights will also be flashing, which may not be suitable for anyone with epilepsy. Please make your entertainer aware of any concerns that you may have.
What time will my entertainer arrive?
Your entertainer will arrive about 30 minutes before the party starts, so if your party starts at 3 pm we will arrive about 2:30 pm in order to set up. In reality the set up takes approximately 10 minutes as we use portable equipment.
Your entertainer will contact you approx. 24hrs before your event to introduce themselves & check final details.

What games will the entertainer include?
This is the dependent on the entertainer but all the games are high energy, non elimination and lots include dancing and music.
The football party is one of the only parties where some kids may need to sit out for 1-2 minutes while football matches are being played. This allows more control when games are being played.
Is there a maximum number of children that I can have at my party?
The ONLY party we have a limit on is our Football Party. We can only allow a max. of 25 children for this party. The rest of our Party Packages & Themed Party Packages have no limits!
Please note that if you're having balloon modelling for every child included in your package we recommend a maximum of 35 children otherwise the balloon modelling will take too long, meaning we would have to shorten the magic show or the party games.
How do I know my entertainer will attend?
Your event is important to us and if we were in the habit of not turning up, we wouldn't have hundreds of 5* reviews on Facebook, TrustPilot & Google etc.
In the event of something out of our control (e.g. illness or injury) we will aim to send an alternative entertainer and keep you updated of any changes.
In the case of severe weather (e.g. flood or snow) your entertainer will endeavour to still reach you if it is safe to do so. Again we would keep you updated.
Will every child receive a balloon model?
If you have balloon modelling included in your party package, up to 35 children can have a balloon model each for a 2 hour party. If you have over 35 children, your entertainer will make some balloons as prizes to give out in the games section & definitely have one made for the birthday child/children.

Not all... If your child is not crazy on magic then just give the team a call or enquire by going to the Contact Us page and we will work something out!

Do Non-Stop Kids Supply Mascots?

Do Non-Stop Kids do Disney themed or Marvel children's parties?
Non-Stop Kids legally can not do these parties. It is a copyright infringement.
